Dr. Joseph Williams is the Infosys Consulting Managing Partner for Cybersecurity and the company’s representative to the Metaverse Standards Forum. Dr. Williams previously managed the Seattle Research Center for the DOE’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and was a senior member of its National Security Directorate. Prior to that, he was the tech policy advisor to Washington Governor Jay Inslee after a long run as an executive at Microsoft. Joseph recently was the vice-chair of the Quantum Economic Development Consortium’s National Security working group, and he is currently a visiting fellow at the National Security Institute.
