Ying is CEO of LIYT executive coaching and co-founder of Work in Fintech. She is a Fintech Entrepreneur, former Board Member at several prominent Fintechs, and Former Head of Digital Products at Barclays Investment Bank. Ying has built businesses and products which attract hundreds of millions of funding and now an investor herself coaching/supporting entrepreneurs to navigate the fast growing Metaverse and create opportunities for business growth. Ying studied at Yale University and Peking University and is a dedicated Metaverse educator to create more opportunities for young people to find jobs and create opportunities in the Metaverse.
