“Party Girl” Pearl Pospiech is an Experience Engineer with over 10 years working in online (virtual) & offline (live) event production, graphic design, front-end web development, digital marketing consulting, and mixed reality world building for 3D & VR.
As a virtual producer, Pearl has authored worlds for Microsoft’s AltSpaceVR including a mermaid world for ocean activist and underwater model, Hannah Fraser, as well as an art deco cinema called the Black Rock Bijou which hosts film festivals and screenings. For the past two years, Pearl has designed and curated an always-open social space called “Pearl’s Place” on Spatial Chat: a 2D immersive video chat platform. Pearl’s Place has been the home of comedy nights, networking events, burlesque shows, game nights, and even a weekly non-denominational community church.
In the offline events space, Pearl is the Founder, Producer and Creative Director of the immersive “Bass Cabaret” party featuring cirque-style performers paired with top electronic music DJs, held in popular nightclubs around San Francisco from 2012 to 2015. She was the Production Manager at “San Francisco PRIDE”’s main stage for Jenn Stokes Productions in 2017 and has worked in guest relations, stage management, and workshop facilitation at music festivals across California. She has also worked as a consultant and event manager for OneCause, an event technology for nonprofit fundraising galas.
